there's this great joke about how they should just spay and neuter the strays instead of killing them, and the village idiot turns and says "they're biting us, not f**king us"
people wont just adopt those stray dogs/cats cos most of them have rabies and none of them would pay for rabies shots, trust me i know because i was born in Ukraine
This really makes me sick. First, the animals should be tried to be given homes...hopefully some people would take them in and adopt them. Second, the method of putting the animals down is atrocious.
