3. Why is the main comments section jammed below my and my friends' comments (which are now out of context)?
4. Where did the highlighting of comments go?
5. Why is the front page being demoted in favor of a glorified Friends Activity page?
6. Why are all of Digg's historical submissions "reset"? For example:
7. Why has nothing been done to stop the f**ked-up reciprocal digging of content by rings of sycophantic power-user wannabes that has taken over the site?
8. Why is it so difficult to see how old submissions are?
9. Why is my username all lower-case now?
10. Why? Just... why?
I've been an active Digg member for more than three years. I've front-paged many stories without resorting to power user bulls**t. I'm now seriously considering migrating to Reddit, permanently.
I think i dugg this. I want to see who thought this was a good idea, because it took the community right out of the website. Can't follow up on the diggs/buries/ replies of your own comments in one place. Can't see all comments on one page. There isn't an upcoming section, so you have to rely on "friends" which I don't like. I liked the purely democratic system we all saw in upcoming. It let you know who was gaming the system, and gave you a say of what belonged on the front page. Now it's a mystery.
