Someone needs to invent a voice-driven txt messaging service so that I can txt hands free, while adjusting my nav man, and inserting a cd into my cd-player and telling the kids to shut in the back seat, while parallel parking.

Except the danger is in being distracted, not in holding the phone. This just encourages more distracted driving.
