Ad bait, buried. Could put the list on a single page.

While I like that squash is on the list, tennis is more accessible and just as healthy. Then again, Forbes is not an authority on health and fitness.

It kind of depends. I played tennis quite a bit, but recently switched to squash and it's a lot better for me because I spend a lot more time playing (serving is a lot easier) and the rallies tend to last longer.

Don't get me wrong, I like squash (and racketball, but squash more), but the article doesn't totally make sense to me . (Don't get me started on a design that instead of using a flash slider chooses to use a page for each sport. That's not even Web 2001.) Since this is about sports and not activities for fitness, it's hard to understand why tennis doesn't get on the list. You run a lot more than you do in squash. You also need more power, thus more strength and endurance. On the other hand, considering the severe head trauma, boxing shouldn't be on this list at all, for it's not a "healthy" sport - unless brain injury is not a consideration in good health. By that rationale, football should be on the list then (cardiovascular, strength, endurance, hand-eye coordination, flexibility).
