There are 4 reported cases in 4 cities, (Very Large Cities).
We are talking about 100's of thousands of people protesting in cities all over the US for months and there have been 4 rapes reported. I am surprised that there haven't been a lot more. I know this might be a shock to you who are not that bright but rapes happen all over the US all the time.
Matter of fact. If you are around a military person it is very likely you will get raped. If you are a women military person you have a 33% chance of being raped by another military person.
