many sewers have decaying material in them that produce sewer gas like methane, ammonia,etc, plus people pour gasoline and mineral spirits down the drain. That's why we have traps in our drains so the gas can't back up into our homes. If you ever smell gas coming out of your drains pour some water in to fill up the trap and then ventilate your room. Don't light a cigarette while doing this unless you are related to the guy in the video but then if you probably can't read anyhow.
well I would say the problem is the sewer not the guy. he probably did this before and got a little puff and rattle from the cover so figured would be fun to show the kids.
the SEWER is defective for it to contain that much flammable gas!! a flicked cigarette a spark from a car or truck etc.. could have done the same thing.
Love how it "BLEW" his jacket right off. WOW. lucky he did not get that cover in the face!
