Indeed, this is a good submission. However, does it give anyone pause that this so-called "breaking news" that was picked by Digg staff was submitted by a Digg staff member?

Keep Jesus and Meth out of Stonerville.
Nah, I could care less that it was on Reddit first. Most things from imgur do appear there before they appear on Digg. I just find it odd that this sub was picked as "breaking news" by Digg staff. And that it was also submitted by a member of Digg staff. We call that sort of thing "home cookin'". It's a prime location on the Digg front page, and staff are putting their own submissions there. None of the submissions that have appeared there are "breaking news" in any way, shape or form. They have one on it now that was subbed 1 day 11 hours ago. I just fail to see how a 35 hour old sub could ever be considered "breaking news". And even though this is a very nice sub, I fail to see how it qualified as "breaking news". I suppose I just don't understand the concept of "breaking news".

I remember my grandmother subbing this jpg to old digg as a child.
