It is a private establishment and a private establishments can close their doors any time they wish. I do not believe the Eaton Center, albeit even though it's a tourist destination, is a public place.
I agree with this guy that we need to fight for our rights, but find another cause instead of hassling some poor mall cop.
It's a good thing he specifically stated he was from Toronto or else there would have been a slew of comments about fat obnoxious Americans wanting their fast food.
