See, here's the main difference as far as I see it: Casey Anthony, while most likely guilty (I personally believe she is), had no hard evidence actually linking her to the murder... the prosecution couldn't even precisely determine the cause of death, much less produce the murder weapon.
O.J., on the other hand, was ACTUALLY PROVEN GUILTY through DNA testing, but since such testing was so new back then, the jury simply didn't understand it and were more focused on Mark Fuhrman being a racist.
How can you say someone is guilty when the prosecution didnt supply the evidence to prove that she did it. You have to remember a jury cannot be influenced by any outside sources. So they didnt watch the news or read newspapers or anything. Even though we all know she is guilty if i would have been on that jury with that evidence I would have said innocent too.
So, I know this is me being a bit of a stickler... But the infographic should have titled the section "Who Was Accused of Committing the Worst Crime?". Even then, they are both murder, so it should have been "Which of These Murders is Worse?".
Couldn't the jurors on the Anthony trial have just not been able to say either way? Isn't that what a hung jury is? Why did they all have to find her innocent? You hear about a few of the jurors saying that they actually believed that she did it, so why do they claim her to be guilty?
One woman even said she "felt sick to her stomach" when they read the verdict. Well, WHY DID YOU PROCLAIM HER TO BE INNOCENT? I just don't get it.

If I would have been in that jury room (Casey Anthony), the vote would’ve been 11 to 1. Forever.

It's sad for the dead but rating gold for Nancy Grace!
