first they get rid of GH, then they say they are going to charge for Call of Duty, then Diablo 3 got canceled, then Tony Hawk was canceled, then Activision merged with Apple...
i most certainly did, all of this news with in a week, did activision really manage to get more retarded over night? i wish i had a chance to run that company...
Good. All the news about Activision hopefully means that they've been re-thinking they're entire direction as a major game developer. They've got some serious talent, and it'd be nice to see them put out some revolutionary games, not just iterations of the past.
No, the last time Bobby Kotick tried to do something exceptionally douchey with pricing, marketing told him NO. (I like to imagine that this was followed by "BAD DOG" and a whack on the nose with a rolled-up newspaper...)
I'm really wondering what Activision is doing, GH and TH are there biggest games outside of Call of Duty. They must have some new series coming out or something.
Its about damn time. TH Ride was a total bust. I would like to see a new TH game maybe very three years so they can actually make changes and improvements instead of just tweaking the same crap year after year.

Diablo 3 wasnt cancelled.

That's no major feat. "My Little Pony XXX: Bestiality Edition" could have outsold the Shaun White game - it was a f'n horrible game.
doodlemasterFeb 11, 2011Buried
I'm not sure if that's saying a lot. I'd buy "My Little Pony XXX: Bestiality Edition" just for the sheer mind f**k alone.

As far as I'm concerned, that series peaked with THPS3 and the introduction of the revert.

Oh, this was the skateboarding game that took us from "Skate Or Die" to real life street action. It will be missed.

Considering Shaun White was an epic flop, from what I've heard, outselling it probably isn't that big of a deal.

Why do you care if it keeps being made or if it doesn't? You don't have to play them.

Yeah me too, did you read the article about Activision going pay to play for Call of Duty. Its and entire company of douchers.
