This is a silly question. As hardware gets more powerful obviously games will be able to be photorealistic in their renderings of characters and environments.
Why is he bald? And why is his eyes closed? I kept waiting for his eyes to open. I'm guessing they went for male because of the facial hair, but I'd much rather see a female head.
To be honest, I'm not even crazy about these new video games coming out. The point of playing a video game is to get away from reality in my opinion. I don't wish to look at a regular human being while I'm playing a game. If I want to see people on my screen, I'll go to the movies.
