@norman619: And WHO introduced her to crack, heroin, cocaine, meth and every other cheap street drug on the planet? She didn't turn into a junkie until she married that pimp wannabe.
This article just reminds me again that just because you're rich and famous does not always mean your living a fulfilled life. It's so sad because it seems like so many of them end up with drug and alcohol problems after making it big. It's almost like they're trying to fill a void in there lives. So much God given talent tends to end sooner than it should. She was a very talented woman who will be missed by many.
R.I.P Whitney, my prayers and thoughts are with Houston's family tonight. My father is in the hospital tonight and this has been a very emotional day. Tell someone close to you that you love them. You never know!

Is anyone really surprised by this news?

She was one of the great singer/performers of my generation. Today's music is mostly crap. Despite all her recent troubles, she was one of the best.

OMG. RIP, Whitney. So very sad.
norman619Feb 12, 2012Buried
Well to be fair there's a lot of awesome indy music out there. That's where the real talent is today. The big label stuff is mostly garbage.

And Bobby Brown proves definitely to have the midas touch in reverse: everything he touches is destroyed.

A Digg Patriot dancing on someone's grave, why am I not surprised?

You mean ugly like you, trolling a thread about her death...

One of the great talents of our time who threw it all away. Sad story, I hope she will at least be an example for others.
bukowskyFeb 12, 2012Buried
Not really.. I'd be more surprised If it's not drug related.
kingpFeb 12, 2012Buried
Sadly, no. She's lived on the edge of self destruction for the last decade. It's really sad. Now her daughter is following in her mom's footsteps.

She definitely looked ridiculously high, but I don't think these pics made it seem like she'd be dead the next day.
kaiserarnyFeb 12, 2012Buried
Just when she was trying make another comeback.
RIP
cyberprunesFeb 12, 2012Buried
Yes, prayer that's the answer. lol. Maybe it would have helped to pray before she died.
cowicideFeb 12, 2012Buried
I've been noticing this around the Internet. Some conservatives seem to be taking delight in this woman's death.
What the hell is wrong with these sick people? Too much oxycontin has fuzzed up their conservative pea brains?
cyberprunesFeb 12, 2012Buried
Hello crack..nice to meet you! It's sad that she is gone but we are responsible for our choices.
