She gave birth through c-section, her "snapper" is still as tight as it ever was. She's also had quite a bit of plastic surgery to get rid of her baby belly and stretch marks. Physically, she isn't bad. Of course having it attached to her nagging, bitchy head would still be a show stopper for almost every normal guy out there.
Much as I don't like her, you do what you can to raise your children if you have no skill-set. At least she's keeping a decent home over the children's heads. The entertainment industry is the highest paying job for her right now.
