Personally my favourite is the one between Luke and Vader in Empire Strikes Back. Such a high peak moment when Darth Vader reveals to Luke that he's his father.
None of these are as good as the ones in the CGI trailers for The Old Republic. If they're going to include one from a graphic novel then they certainly should have included those trailers.
It's mentioned in the intro. Besides, it was Star Wars kid vs the internet. The internet didn't fight back with lightsabers, only words. Therefore, not a lightsaber fight.
