Apple has always been a bit ruthless whenever it has come to patent wars. I highly doubt this s**t will ever end. They are making way too much to consider what they are wasting.
There would be no need to sue Samsung if it wasn't blatantly ignoring intellectual property rights. Inventors and intellectual property holders deserve full commercial protection from globalization sleazeballs.
Of course, intellectual property rights/protections and national security concerns were NEVER baked into Globalization/Free Trade when Conservatives blindly implemented UNILATERAL U.S. trade deregulation. Chalk it up to YET ANOTHER Conservative-led public policy failure...
Note: Yes, I'm aware of the Democrat's who blindly supported the globalization effort (i.e., Bill Clinton and, now, Barack Obama), but they didn't initiate or champion the effort. Their disgrace comes from blindly supporting it at the country's collective expense.

Apple's business model:
If you can't beat them, SUE THEM!

Sure it is. You just stop.

What up, Norm,
